Stratford Place  was constructed in phases, beginning in 1985 and completed in 1995.

Stratford Place is comprised of one -and- two bedrooms models with six different floor plans. All models include either a wood burning gas or gas fireplace with either a patio area, balcony or sunroom. Top- floor units feature vaulted ceilings and skylights. 

Floor plans are the original pre-construction builder’s drawings and may not accurately reflect every unit model.
